3024268 - Candidates not displayed on Hiring Manager dashboard after completion of PDC - Onboarding

Candidate complete PDC and now candidate no longer appears on hiring manager dashboard but is available on admin dashboard

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

• The data entered in the New Hire Data Review, Personal Data Collection are in EC structures and these data are synced to the User Data (User Structure) by HRIS Sync.
• For b2105, we depend on the HRIS Sync

1. HRIS Sync can be scheduled to run more frequently
2. Once HRIS sync was ran information is synced and candidates appears on dashboard for manager
3. Engineering team are continuing to work on fix so HRIS sync will not have to be scheduled so often.
4. Engineering is planning this enhancement for 2111 release (roadmap disclaimer applies)
