3024276 - Job requisition filter "show only job requisitions pending my approval" displays requisitions currently with other users

There is a collaborative step in the route map with user A and user B.

Both the users are Exit users. The form is now pending with user A.

But, when user B is trying to filter requisitions under Recruiting > Filters > Enable ‘show only job requisitions pending my approval’

He/she can see the job requisition which is pending with ('Currently with') User A is also displayed in the filtered search results.

This filter is listing out requisitions where ‘currently with’ are other users in the collaborative step

This is an expected behavior confirmed by our Engineering team.

Both users in this case are exit users, which means both users will be able to approve the requisition. Hence it makes sense to show the form on both the users list.

Also, the 'currently with user' will be the one whose name appears first in the route map configuration, until he/she approves it.

Once he/she approves it, the form will go to the next user. However since the other user is also an exit user and can also take an action on the requisition, it will show up in their list as well.
