Symptom
- Error "Account information not recognized: Could not reach CMS 'Server_Name:6400'. The CMS on machine 'Server_Name' was stopped due to a critical error. (FWM 20031)" when logging into BI Launchpad or Central Management Console (CMC)
- Below error messages are seen in event viewer or Var/log/messages:
35101 The root server reported an error Initialization Failure. (Reason: SAP BusinessObjects BI platform CMS: Unable to connect to the CMS system database ""BIP"". Reason: Database access error. Reason [SAP AG][LIBODBCHDB SO][HDBODBC] General error;288 cannot use duplicate table name: CCFRONTIER: line 1 col 18 (at pos 17)
