3024371 - Can not add new created Launchpad Space to a Frontend PFCG role

Symptom

After creating a new Space via 'Manage Launchpad Spaces' app.

Not able to find this Space ID in Frontend server via PFCG or Launchpad Content manager (/N/UI2/FLPCM_CUST).

Instead, this Space ID can be added in a Backend PFCG role.
