3024538 - Error "City *** does not exist in country **" displayed in App Manage Purchase Requisitions.

Symptom

When using Fiori app 'Manage Purchase Requisitions' and pressing the button Create RFQ  a pop-up error message is displayed: "City ******** does not exist in country **".
This is happening when logged in a specific language e.g. EN. However, when logged on with language e.g. NL it is possible to carry on.
