Symptom

Customer wants to know how they can add 'custom widgets' to their JAM home page via SAP JAM Widget Builder:

SAP JAM Admin -> Integrations -> Widget Builders

Resolution

SAP Jam Widget Builders is not a tool to add a 'custom widget' in JAM home page. Widget Builders are used only for when you want to put Jam content (like Feed) in external web pages. The only way to add widget(s) in JAM home page is by following this SAP JAM Help Guide: Add a widget when designing a page.
