3024635 - Error when view candidate in pipeline - Recruiting Management

Getting error Cannot read property 'candidates' of undefined status when opening one status in the pipeline

Unable to see candidate forwarded in specific status in the pipeline

1. Login as Recruiter > Job Requisition

2. Open candidate list

3. Click one status in the pipeline (e.g. Background Check)

4. Operator will get the error

Candidate is forwarded to status that is not belong to status set.

This issue can happen if the company has multiple status sets and they have integration that moves the candidate to specific status in the pipeline. The target status item ID where the candidate status is upserted may not belong to the status set linked in the job requisition. 

In the screenshot below, there are 2 status sets that uses the Status Name "Background", be sure that when setting an integration you check the status set linked in the job requisition to identify the correct status ID where the candidate will be upserted.
