Symptom

In the SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition 2021/February release, the group Extensibility contains a tile with message "Cannot load tile"

Environment

 SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition 2102

Cause

Tile was unintentionally included in the group for this release, and the underlying catalog was not, causing the tile to show "Cannot load tile".

Resolution

Tile will be removed in a future release.
