3025109 - Remittance Advice Form Shows Header Title as Payment Advice

Symptom

You notice that the Remittance Advice Form Header displays Remittance Advice on the First Page as title and in the second page the titel appears as Payment Advice.

Environment

SAP Business ByDesign

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to the Application and User Management Work center.
  2. Go to the Business Flexibility view.
  3. Go to the Form Template Maintenance Subview.
  4. Go to Active Forms and Go to Advanced Filter.
  5. Go to Template Group Remittance Advice F04.
  6. Select the Remittance Advice and Choose Open with Easy Form Editor.

You can see that the Header Title is shown as Payment Advice in the Second Page.

Resolution

You can follow the below Workaround:

  1. Go to the Application and User Management Work center.
  2. Go to the Business Flexibility view.
  3. Go to the Form Template Maintenance Subview.
  4. Go to Active Forms and Go to Advanced Filter.
  5. Go to Template Group Remittance Advice.
  6. Select the Remittance Advice and Choose Open with Easy Form Editor.
  7. Change the Title from Remittance Advice to Remittance Advice1 and Save.
  8. Change the Title back to Remittance Advice ,Save and Publish.
