Symptom
In 360, when adding or searching an external participant's email address, gives error message: "A user with this e-mail address already exists"
Environment
SAP SuccessFactors 360 Multi-Rater
Resolution
To resolve the issue, please disable the option "Hide External Users from search results."
- Go to Admin Center
- On the tool search box, type Company System and Logo Settings
- Uncheck the box "Hide External Users from search results."
