The Business Action Restrictions for user ABC and XYZ are different (where ABC and XYZ represent Business Users).
When user ABC uses the system as Delegate of user XYZ, the allowed actions do not reflect the Business Action Restrictions of user XYZ.
This can lead to more or less access rights than expected.

Resolution
The Business Action Restrictions in the Fields & Actions tab of the Access Rights of a Business User are not considered during Delegation. This is the expected system behaviour.
