3025535 - IBase text component/configuration item number changed in a Change Document

• You are using Change Request Management in SAP Solution Manager 7.2 to control your software distribution.
• The Change document cannot advance to next status when executing a PPF action that triggers an action for a transport request at TMS level, getting the error message "Status was reset by system" SOCM_ACTION_LOG 097.
• Transport management functions are not working in a change document because the IBase information, the configuration item used in the change document, is wrong currently.
• While trying to update the status of a Request for Change document, the following error is displayed: 

Error Installed base is inactive
Error Product XXXXXXXXX is locked
Error Product XXXXXXXXX is archived
