3025588 - Resource contains inconsistent financials data' Error Message for Unposted Production Confirmation

You notice that the Production Confirmation DEF is unposted due to the error message 'Resource ABC contains inconsistent financials data' (DEF means the Production Confirmation ID; ABC means the Labor Resource ID).

1. Go to the General Ledger work center.
2. Go to the Source Documents view.
3. Select the Unposted Source Documents view.
4. Find Production Confirmation DEF and notice the error message: 'Resource ABC contains inconsistent financials data'.

For this resource ABC, the cost rate was delimited as of a certain date (for example, 16.01.2021). When you delimit a cost rate, a new line gets created with a new cost rate, but is not automatically filled with cost rate and unit. So there's a cost rate now with validity from 17.01.2021, but there's no actual cost rate or unit value maintained, which is inconsistent. The posting date of Production Confirmation DEF is proposed as 18.01.2021 so this is the line that is being brought back.

A valid cost rate must be maintained for the new line. In the above example, as of 17.01.2021.
