3025660 - Application Error when Saving Payment Information Screen in Hire Template in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central

An application error happens when trying to save Payment information screen in Hire Template.

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central

1. Open Hire Template in Manage Data
2. Click on 'Details' of the relevant section
3. Select 'Configuration UI' for Hire Block Type
4. Select Payment information screen id under MDF Block Type
5. Click Done and Save the modification
6. Application error pops up 

If you want to include Payment Information in the hire template, you must also have configured the Personal Information Screen Lookup object and maintain Payment Information details (object type and screen ID).

1. Go to Manage Data > Personal Information Screen Lookup.
2. If no Personal Information Screen Lookup object is created, then create a new object. If Personal Information Screen Lookup configuration exists, then Take action > Make correction.
3. Ensure that screen ID of payment information object is maintained.
4. Save the modification and retest the service.
