3025759 - Object TRFN XXXXXX: Could not perform metadata transfer

Symptom

  • Tasklist run stops at the task "Transfer Metadata" with the error:

  • According to the detail screen a syntax error occurs in the  start-, end- or field routine.

For example:

  • If you open the transformation in transaction RSTRANGUI and check the startroutine in display mode, an error occurs like e.g.

E:In PERFORM or CALL FUNCTION "ROUTINE_9998", the actual parameter
"SOURCE_PACKAGE" is incompatible with the formal parameter
"DATA_PACKAGE"
