3026099 - Unable to modify Data Access Profiles

Symptom 1:

• Unable to delete Data Access Profiles, it shows role XXXXX does not exist.

Symptom 2: 

• Unable to add users to Data Access Profiles, because it only checks the "Contain pattern* option for the environment, and not checking the interval properly.

Symptom 3: 

• Failed to create a DAP, error occurs: Object BDAP ZPLX000, TEST_3124 could not be saved to an request.
