3026101 - Time Zone is not Being Correctly Determined When Creating Service Order via Web Service

While creating a Service Order via web service ManageServiceOrderIn, you expect to have the time zone you determined in the Reported On field.

SAP Business ByDesign

Create a payload of Service Order using web service ManageServiceOrderIn.
Use the following tag: <DateTime timeZoneCode="EST">2021-02-25T12:00:00Z</DateTime>
However, the time zone in Reported On field is UTC.

You expect to have EST as time zone.

This functionality is current not available.
