3026191 - IPS job fails with error: 409. Response: Group with this name already exists

Symptom

In the Identity Provisioning Service job log, the following error message is displayed:

"error=org.apache.camel.http.common.HttpOperationFaitedException: HTTP operation failed invoking <targetsystem> with statusCode: 409. Response: Group with this name already exists.,
