Environment

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to Resource Management work center
  2. Select Reports view
  3. Select Forecasted Utilization

  4. Selection:

    Key Date: Next 3 Months From Today

    Row Fields: Employees

    Key Figure: Forcast Utilization; Planned Work

For some employees, hours is shown as ERR.

Cause

You have not entered a time model for the employees that are showing ERR. Therefore the system can not calculated the values properly and is showing ERR.

Resolution

Please enter a time model for the respective employee.
