3026437 - How to troubleshoot Alerting Framework issues

Symptom

You are working with SAP Solution Manager system, and system is creating alerts for Alerting Extractors, or you check Alerting Framework and see warnings / errors.

  1. Some extractors are not being scheduled at should be, for example ST_PI_15 is not performing calls every 15 minutes, or ST_PI not being called every 5 minutes.

  2. Some concrete metric, when RFC calls corresponding Data Provider, it fails:
