Symptom

The APP 'Monitor Central Purchase Contract Items missing' cannot be found in the fiori launchpad. In addition the business catalog SAP_MM_BC_CPC_PROCESS_PC is missing from the SAP_BR_PURCHASER role.

Reproducing the Issue

Open the fior launchpad and search for the APP 'Monitor Central Purchase Contract Items missing'.
Nothing is found.

Cause

APPs 'Monitor Purchase Order Items Centrally' & 'Monitor Central Purchase Contract Items' are used in the central procurement scenario.
The associated business roles and catalogs of the APPs are scope item dependent.

Resolution

To use these apps, the following price-relevant scope items need to be activated:

2ME - Central Purchase Contracts
2XT - Central Purchasing

If the required license is maintained, a request can be sent to the service center to activate these scope items. Once these scope items are active, the apps can be accessed via the business role SAP_BR_CENTRAL_PURCHASER.
