SAP Knowledge Base Article - PreviewSymptom
- Cannot export Lumira report into CSV(Excel format), but can export in other format.
- Issue occurs only when using the SAP Enterprise portal URL and not with default Apache Tomcat URL.
- When you try to export the report to CSV format, it won't allow you and throws a HTTP 403 Access Restricted error message.
