3026650 - Message: 1205, State 1, Severity 13 - leads to DSI connection going down - SRS

SRS errorlog report the following warning and errors, the DSI connection went down. 

• WARNING #5091 DSI EXEC(103(1) SERVER.DB) - dsiqmint.c(4421)
  A transaction for database 'SERVER.DB' failed. It will be retried 3 times. The data server error received (#1205) is mapped to RETRY_LOG or RETRY_STOP.
  
  
• ERROR #1028 DSI EXEC(103(1) SERVER.DB) - dsiqmint.c(4272)
  Message from server: Message: 1205, State 1, Severity 13 -- 'Your server command (family id #0, process id #29) encountered a deadlock situation. Please re-run your command.

• THREAD FATAL ERROR #5049 DSI EXEC(103(1) pruaisr.pruaisdb0) - dsiqmint.c(4285)
  The DSI thread for database 'SERVER.DB' is being shutdown. DSI received data server error #1205 which is mapped to STOP_REPLICATION. See logged data server errors for more information. The data server error was caused by output command #1 mapped from input command #3 of the failed transaction.
  The DSI thread for database 'SERVER.DB' is shutdown.
  
  
• ERROR #21 USER( * - xec\exec.c(200)
  Open server call to routine 'srv_negotiate' failed.
