Data from additional paperwork step is not populating on the form

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.0 - All Versions

This issue can have many causes, on of them can be that the candidate has not provided data on the Additional Paperwork step, or has not completed it.

In order to review if the candidate complete the Additional Paperwork step, you can do the following steps:

1. Copy candidate's Onboarding Process
2. Go to Manage Data
3. Select Onboarding Data Collection User Configuration
4. Past candidate's Onboarding Process
5. The Data will appear if it was completed.
