When trying to terminate a manager following error appears:
" User (*direct report user id*) cannot be their own manager. Manager cannot be another user of the same person. The operation could not be performed because there were errors with other records reported "
The error just pulls while saving the transfer in the database.
Hence, if there is no workflow, the system will throw the error message while saving the termination however, if there is workflow where transfer is saved in the database when workflow is approved, the system will throw the error message for the last workflow approver.
