3027184 - Fiori Launchpad shows Cannot load tiles

Symptom

  • Fiori Launchpad show "Cannot load tile" instead of Tile title
  • Browser DevTools network shows 404 for WindowUtils.js request with below response
    Resource not found. Check the Application Log for External ID "UI5 bootstrap".
  • Console shows below error:

    Call to success handler failed: failed to load 'sap/ushell/utils/WindowUtils.js' from /sap/bc/ui5_ui5/ui2/ushell/resources/~20201209131500~/sap/ushell/utils/WindowUtils.js: 404 - NOT FOUND - Error: failed to load 'sap/ushell/utils/WindowUtils.js' from /sap/bc/ui5_ui5/ui2/ushell/resources/~20201209131500~/sap/ushell/utils/WindowUtils.js: 404 - NOT FOUND
