3027266 - Error "Failed to create XSUAA JWT Trust" occurs when enable SSO in HANA Cockpit for its own tenant DB

After installing HANA Cockpit on an existing HANA Database, which defaults to installation in a tenant database (e.g COCKPITDB), an attempt to enable Single Sign-On (SSO) in HANA Cockpit Manager results in the error "Failed to create XSUAA JWT Trust" as detailed below.
