Symptom
- Attempting to register the MssqlLogReaderAdapter via dpagent config tool results in this error:
- SAP DBTech JDBC: [403]: internal error:Cannot get adapter capabilities: Failed to install and start Microsoft SQLServer JDBC driver bundle.
- Framework.trc with full Debug on shows:
