3027715 - Cannot create PoolableConnectionFactory (isValid() returned false) - CI-DS

Symptom

  • Task with HANA cloud target failing with error:
    Error message: Failed to get datasource connection, datasource name:<HANA server> (cause: Cannot create PoolableConnectionFactory (isValid() returned false)).
  • Datastore connection test is successful
  • See the following error when trying to add a table to the datastore:
    Cannot retrieve children nodes - browse remote error: SAP DBTech JDBC: [591]: internal error: internal error: user is forced to change password
