Symptom

When trying to delete/update a pay component in manage organization pay and job structures, the system throws an application error with the fingerprint=a4308316899b1d8c2bd30e6d752d4a9aca759da6

Environment

  • SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central : Foundation Objects
  • SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central : Time Off

Cause

Pay component field is Inactive in the object 'TimeAccountPurchaseProfilePayComponentAssignment'

Resolution

  1. Go to: Configure Object Definitions
  2. Search: Object Definition > TimeAccountPurchaseProfilePayComponentAssignment
  3. Take Action > Make Correction
  4. Field payComponent, click Details and update Status to Active and save
