3027941 - Error FOT_TDT100 in SSCUI 101016

Changing tax rate in SSCUI 101016 in Q system returns to error FOT_TDT100 (Docs have been posted with Tax Code &1 after valid from MM.DD.YYYY)

1. Enter App Manage Your Solution
2. Select SSCUI 101016 and Configure
3. Enter country/region key and the tax code
4. Change the tax rate
5. Save

The system doesn't allow the user to change the tax rates in Q system after the rates were transported to P system. Moreover in P system some postings were made with these tax codes already. Changing the rate for the validity period when those documents were posted, will result to incorrect tax items.

The error message can be switched to warning in SSCUI 103887 (add Application Area FOT_TDT) in Q system. After that the rates can be changed in Q system. The consequence is changing the tax rates in Q system in the future, error message will not pop up if there are postings in P system for this validity period. And so tax rates might be incorrectly changed. To avoid this behavior, the message type should be changed back to 'E' after changing the tax rate.

If the tax rate in P system is incorrect, the postings with this incorrect tax rate can be reversed. After the reversal the tax rate can be changed in Q system and transported to P system again.
