3028270 - How to update [[DynamicToken]] and where is text taken from - Onboarding

• How to update the text in (ONB) Nudge Assignment Template, using the token [[DynamicToken]]
• It is not possible to modify the default message in Nudge Assignee within the pop-up when nudging a task.

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

1. Admin Center > Email Services
2. Filter for (ONB) Nudge Assignment Template
3. You can see in define email template the token [[DynamicToken]] and a custom text
4. In the Onboarding Dashboard > Candidate
5. Attempt to nudge an activity
6. There is a default pre-populated message that does not match the customized email

1. [[DynamicToken]] refers to the content provided in the dashboard UI when the user clicks on Nudge.
2. There is a pop-up to provide content when the user nudges another user. [[DynamicToken]] will be replaced by that content from the UI.
3. Therefore to change [[DynamicToken]] changes based on the text the user saved when submitting the Nudge action.
4. When the user clicks on Nudge, the default message within the pop-up cannot be updated, this is hard-coded.
5. The user who clicks on nudge can only manually modify the content.
