3028287 - Optimizer run failed: No optimization server available error in SAP TM

Symptom

When planning in the Transportation Cockpit with Optimizer, the system gives the following error messages:

  • "Optimizer run failed" 
  • "No optimization server available for TVSR"
  • "Technical problem with remote connection to optimizer engine"
  • "Destination Address and application TVSR were not found in Customizing as an active entry."
