3028885 - Login as Another User: User is not getting changed

Symptom

You have changed the User assigned to the Keytest User in the Login as Another User functionality; however the User is still the old one.

Environment

SAP Cloud for Customer

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to the Admin workcenter.
  2. Go to General Settings.
  3. Open Login as Another User.
  4. Change the User assigned to the Keytest User.
  5. Save.

Result: The User appears to be changed but when checking the Keytest User in the Business Users, the assigned User is still the old one.

Resolution

Please remove the old entry in the functionality and add the new one fresh. This will create a new association.
