3028988 - ASCS instance of S/4 HANA 2020/2021 disappears in LMDB from time to time

Symptom

ASCS instances of S/4 HANA 2020/2021 disappears in LMDB as below, while it will appear again some time later when sapstartsrv service of ASCS instance sends data to SLD/LMDB.

This issue appears from time to time everyday.
