Symptom

No service user is shown under Update Process Flows for Onboarding 2.0 and Offboarding 2.0 Drop Down

Environment

Onboarding 2.0

Reproducing the Issue

1. Navigate to Update Process Flows for Onboarding 2.0 and Offboarding 2.0

2.No users to select from the drop down ' Select service user'

Cause

The default BPE group name and role name are changed in manage permission role and group

Resolution

Please navigate to Manage Permission Roles and ensure that the OnboardingBpeAdmin role is maintained. Do not modify the role name, as it is system-required.

Next, navigate to Manage Permission Groups and ensure that the OnboardingBPEServiceUser group is maintained. Do not modify the group name, as it is also a system-required configuration.
