Symptom

  • TM Business Document (for example Forwarding Order) is created with interface (in this case TransportationRequestRequest_In)
  • The interface contains the locations as physical addresses
  • Location search based on the physical address doesn't work and a new one-time location is created every time, when for example the document is changed with the interface
