3029387 - Only "Ghost" Model could be created inside Story or Analytic Application based on Live Data connection to DWC in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)

• Creating Models based on Live DWC is not possible in SAC
• However, when we create a Story or Analytics Application based on DWC, a model is created in the back ground
• This model is not visible in the file system for SAC but can be seen when we attempt to do a Content Network Share

• SAP Analytics Cloud (Enterprise) 2021.2.8

1. Create Story or Analytics Application based on DWC
2. Attempt a Content Network Share and notice Models under Content

• DWC connections cannot be used to create public models.
• It will be accessible only while creating stories to create ghost/private models.
• This is product design.

Create story from live connection directly, then the ghost model will be generated automatically.
