Symptom

When accessing the Talent Pools page, the logged-in user is not able to perform any actions (create, edit and/or delete) on the pools or nominations; or see nominations or pools; or see the pools mapped to a position in Succession Org Chart.

Cause

The missing pool/information/action can be caused by several configuration issues, depending on the scenario:

User is not able to see or act upon Pools;
User is not able to see or act upon Pools’ nomination(s);
User is not able to see and/or act on Talent Pools in v12 Succession Org Chart.
