As Note 2299213 mentioned, some PM Datasources have been deprecated in the S/4HANA system. The CDS view based extractors are provided as replacement for the old/deprecated BW Datasources from PM area but there is no 1:1 mapping between old data sources - i.e. 2LISxxx and the CDS modelling.
Old BW Extractors from ECC world have been deprecated since the very first S4HANA release 1511 (S4CORE 100).
As of S4HANA Op release 1809 (S4CORE 103) a comprehensive set of CDS view based replacements was provided - see documentation with recent state as of OP release 2020:
