3030378 - Inactive Employee Still Appearing in Position Org Chart - Employee Central

• An inactive or terminated profile is still visible under the position org chart
• Note that this user was once an internal active employee and was terminated and been inactive.
• OR as a new hires, who have not completed the Manage Pending Hires process, it is expected for them to appear inactive in the org-chart. During the onboarding process, a temporary profile is being created for the candidate. This temporary profile will be available in the Position Org Chart as INACTIVE prior to the actual start/hire date of the candidate. Once they are hired, the actual employee profile will be created and the temporary one will be removed. (Mentioned in KBA: 3026712, see from 'See Also' section of this guide)
