3030396 - Stock data processing issues in F&R

You are using Forecast and Replenishment. For the daily replenishment run and order quantity calculation you need stock data to be updated on a daily granularity. The daily stock data update is done via interface (/FRE/BIF_TSD) from the stock keeping system (e.g. SAP ERP). The stock data sent from e.g. SAP ERP system is persisted in database table /FRE/BIF_TSD with qualifier = 4000. During the BIF Inbound processing (transaction /FRE/BIF)  you are facing one of the following issues:

1. locking issue(s) while processing stock data
2. stock data will be added to the existing values instead of replacing them although in the BIF entries Absolute flag is set
3. stock data (records) with zero value are deleted from table /LIME/NQUAN.
