The user has accidentally deleted, or one of the objects listed below is missing.

• Data Collection Extension
• Documents
• Process and User Data
• Tasks/Activities

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

1. Login to BizX
2. Navigate to Manage Data
3. Search for DRTM Onboarding 2.0 Data
4. Try to choose from the second menu
5. One of the objects in no longer present

The user deleted the object

1. This issue will need a script, but before you create a ticket for the script, follow these steps
2. Navigate to Manage
3. DRTM Onboarding 2.0 Data
4. Remove all the configured countries for this object "Process and User Data."
5. Open a ticket with support, mention this KBA, and include affected instance details.
6. Once the script has been deployed
7. Navigate to Admin Center
8. Upgrade Center
9. Onboarding 2.0 Purge > Click on Upgrade
10. Navigate to BizX
11. OData API Metadata Refresh And Export > Refresh
12. Repeat step 2-3
13. Configure the countries required in the object that was missing first
14. Then restore the config on the "Process and User Data."
