3030459 - s_blockmap::ThrowError for user locked blockmap and "Out of Space" error - SAP IQ

• sp_dbspace only report 70% ,however, IQ report "Out of Space".
  You have run out of space in ET_DATA DBSpace. Current DBSpace size is 4607531MB.
  
  
• IQ cannot be shutdown normally nor a hard (kill -9) killed. 
• IQ message log report the following error and stacktrace:
