3030468 - How to configure DBACockpit (DBCON) for HADR environment - SAP ASE for Business Suite

Symptom

  • You have ASE with HADR and you would like to monitor the active/primary from Solman or any ABAP system, but only the active ASE using one DBCO connection.
  • Currently, after a failover you edit the DBACockpit DBCO configuration entry to point to the new primary ASE hostname (old standby). You would like to have this redirection done automatically.
