3030488 - Error in Communication Scenario While Activating the Solution

You are receiving below errors while trying to activate the Communication Scenario file or the entire Solution.

Error saving MCPG for XYZ.csd, where XYZ is the file path of communication scenario file.

Instance with the same key already exists

1. Login to SDK

2. Open the Solution

3. Select the Communication Scenario

4. Right Click and select Activate

5. Error appears

You have selected services of same name in the communication scenario(.CSD) file. One in the Standard Inbound/Outbound Services and another in the Custom Inbound/Outbound Services section. That means you have created a custom service with the same name as a standard service in your solution.

In order to resolve this issue, either you have to deselect one of the services or re-create the custom WSID with a different name other than standard. By performing this you can select both the standard and custom services in the same CSD file.
