3030492 - You are unable to manage service settings for rejection reasons in Manage Your Solution app due to popup "You are not authorized to use this function"

Symptom

You are unable to configure and assign rejection reason profiles for service transactions. As soon as you open configuration step 104068, a popup with the folowing message is displayed: You are not authorized to use this function.
