Symptom

No matching results found. Try changing your search criteria when searching for item with Other (Item Type) despite user and item association to the same library

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Learning > search for item (Other type)
  2. No matching results found. Try changing your search criteria.

Cause

catalogSearchCategories[OtherLearning] LIBRARY configuration is set to false

Resolution

  1. Learning Administration> Configuration> System Configuration> LIBRARY
  2. update catalogSearchCategories[OtherLearning]=true
  3. Apply Changes
