3030889 - Reset password for IAS fails: "Identifier xxx@xx.xx not unique"

Symptom

  • You're unable to logon into IAS
  • "Forgot Password?" option is not working for IAS and in the Troubleshooting Logs you find the following error:
    "Identifier xxx@xx.xx not unique" 

    (for instance, trying to logon with e-mail, you get error error message= Identifier mail@domain.com not unique)
