3031087 - "No Data": Materials are not displayed in MRP Apps

Symptom

It's not possible to find materials when using one of the MRP Apps (Monitor Material Coverage, Manage Material Coverage, Monitor External Requirements, and so on).

The user receives the error message "No data" when searching through the filters.
